NSCA Certification: Request an Exam Transfer

If you are unable to take the exam on the date or at the location for which you are registered, you may transfer your registration by filling out the Exam Transfer Form and sending them back to the NSCA via email/fax.

Transfer Forms must be received at least 7 days before your currently scheduled exam date.
Exam registrations cannot be transferred to another person.
Candidates cannot transfer into an exam after the registration deadline has passed.
Candidates can transfer ONLY into an exam for which there are available testing slots (dates and times)*
Payment is required to process the transfer.

FEES

Candidates wishing to transfer to a different date, site and/or testing time* = $100 transfer fee.
Candidates wishing to transfer from one certification exam to the other certification exam at the same date and site = $100 transfer fee.
Candidates wishing to transfer to a different date and/or site AND from one certification exam to the other certification exam = $125 transfer fee.
Candidates wishing to extend their 120-day testing window with an additional 120-days = $100 fee*
