Return Policy
The NSCA Certification will accept returned merchandise up to 30 days from the date of purchase. All materials returned must be in resale condition at the time the NSCA Certification receives them back to receive a full refund of the purchase price. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returned items with "open" materials (CDs or DVDs). We reserve the right to refuse damaged merchandise. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Approved refunds will not include shipping charges already incurred. Contact the Products Coordinator at ex. 110 for return authorization.
