You pick the date and location and the exam will be ready for you at a secure computer-based testing assessment center. No more waiting weeks for exam scores — if you have met the prerequisites and have submitted the required documentation prior to your exam, you will be eligible to receive your exam scores immediately. Many fitness certification organizations choose only to provide their candidates with either paper/pencil OR computer-based formats. The NSCA Certification Commission is one of only a few certification organizations to offer both formats. Providing this choice allows for the most flexible and convenient certification process in the industry.

While the CSCS and NSCA-CPT exams will be offered in both the computer-based and paper/pencil format, the exam content and style will remain consistent. The computer-based format of the exams will incorporate customized video technology, allowing you to view the video components on the computer while adhering to the same conditions as paper/pencil candidates.
